APPLICATION FORMS can be obtained from the Clubhouse or from our Membership Secretary GRAHAM WATERIDGE
(telephone 023 8086 4974). Alternatively, you can e-mail him at graham@tottonians.com. We prefer that subscriptions are paid by monthly standing order, and you
will be sent a STANDING ORDER MANDATE with your application form. If you prefer, you can pay your subscription annually in advance, in which case the cost will be twelve times the monthly fee, and a cheque for this amount should be
enclosed with your application form. Your completed form should be returned to:—

So, why not just turn up at a training session or on any Saturday afternoon during the season and see our set up in action?
The Senior Section trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.00 pm to 9.30 pm.
Free physio and sports massage are provided, if required.
Our Colts and Under 17s train on Thursday evenings and on Sundays, if no game.
The Ladies train on Tuesday evenings.
Juniors and Minis either play or are coached on Sunday mornings. This is normally at
the Club grounds in Water Lane, but we also use the facilities at Testwood School.

MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS
THERE ARE FIVE CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP
PLEASE NOTE, ONLY FULL MEMBERS (=1 per family membership) AND HONORARY
MEMBERS, ATTENDING IN PERSON, CAN VOTE AT GENERAL MEETINGS*
*i.e. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING, EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
HONORARY LIFE MEMBERSHIP
Bestowed upon individuals who have performed an outstanding service to the Club.
Honorary Members enjoy all the privileges of full membership.
Recommendations for Honorary Membership are considered by the Main Committee. If successful,
ratification is required by a majority vote at a General Meeting, usually the Annual General Meeting.
(HONORARY LIFE MEMBERS HAVE VOTING PRIVILEGES)
FULL MEMBERSHIP
One FULL MEMBER per family, plus his/her spouse playing in their relevant Sections.
Also entitles their child(ren) up to the age of 18 to play in the Mini/Junior Sections.
(FULL MEMBERS (=1 per family membership) HAVE VOTING PRIVILEGES)
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION = £15.00 (or £180 p.a.)
Note — Players are not charged weekly match fees

ASSOCIATE (SOCIAL) MEMBERSHIP
Entitles individuals to enjoy the social facilities of the Club.
(SOCIAL MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE VOTING PRIVILEGES)
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION = £2.50 (or £30 p.a.)

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
Entitles students over the age of 18 in FULL TIME EDUCATION
to use the Club's facilities and to play in his/her relevant section.
(STUDENT MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE VOTING PRIVILEGES)
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION = FREE
Note — Players are not charged weekly match fees

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
For players under 18 years old. Entitles their families to use the Clubhouse
as Associate Members. Includes insurance cover for players.
One subscription required per family.
(JUNIOR MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE VOTING PRIVILEGES)
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION = £4.20 (or £50 p.a.)
Note — Players are not charged weekly match fees
Our MINI & JUNIOR SECTION is always pleased to welcome new
members from the age of six to sixteen. Our coaches are RFU qualified and
CRB checked. If your child is not already a junior member
and is thinking of joining Tottonians, bring him or her along to
our ground in Water Lane and check us out.
Weather permitting, there is training or games every Sunday morning from
10.30am to 12.00 noon. Before committing yourself to paying the membership fee
for the season, your child is welcome to take part in a few free sessions.

You must be over 16 years old to be a full member of the Club.
